We care to 42 residents across four units, supporting those with varying complex care. Our person-centred approach focuses on each individual’s unique challenges, not just their diagnosis. - Day shift: 07:45 – 19:45
- Average: 38.5 hours per week
What You’ll Be Doing
As a Healthcare Assistant at Marula Lodge, you will:
- Support all aspects of daily living including personal care, mealtimes, and social activities
- Promote independence, choice, and dignity in every interaction
- Observe and report on changes in residents’ health and well-being
- Collaborate with your team to ensure exceptional, person-centred care
- Communicate openly and respectfully with colleagues, residents, and their loved ones
