Cornerstone Healthcare is looking for a passionate Bank Healthcare Assistant to join our award-winning team at Marula Lodge. We care to 42 residents across four units, supporting those with varying complex care. Our person-centred approach focuses on each individual’s unique challenges, not just their diagnosis. We have Days or Nights positions available:

• Day shift: 07:45 – 19:45
• Night shift: 19:45 – 07:45

What You’ll Be Doing

As a Healthcare Assistant at Marula Lodge you will:

• Support all aspects of daily living including personal care, mealtimes, and social activities
• Promote independence, choice, and dignity in every interaction
• Observe and report on changes in residents’ health and well-being
• Collaborate with your team to ensure exceptional, person-centred care
• Communicate openly and respectfully with colleagues, residents, and their loved ones

Residents who live in our homes primarily have a neurological degenerative condition such as Dementia with an underlying mental health condition which makes them inappropriate candidates for dementia care homes or residential care homes for the elderly.
