Cornerstone Healthcare is looking for a passionate Nurse RMN/RGN (Days) to join our award-winning team at Marula Lodge. We care to 42 residents across four units, supporting those with varying complex care. Our person-centred approach focuses on each individual’s unique challenges, not just their diagnosis. What You’ll Bring

• Minimum 1 years experience working in a Care / Nursing Home, as a Registered Nurse within the UK with a valid NMC pin (essential)
• Experience working with adults that present with complex needs including challenging behaviours and mental health needs
• Ability to work alone as well as a team and be able to form positive relationships with colleagues, residents and families
• A caring and empathetic approach to residents and their visitors
• Effective communication skills (both written and verbal)

• Week A - 3 days - Tuesday, Wednesday & Friday: 07.45 to 20.15
• Week B - 4 days - Monday, Thursday, Saturday & Sunday: 07.45 to 20.15

Total average of 40.25 hours worked per week

What You’ll Be Doing

• Organise and delegate workload to ensure effective delivery of resident’s care is carried out by appropriate skilled members of staff
• Assessing, planning and evaluating care needs or the provision of care
• Oversee care provided by Health Care Assistants & Senior Health Care Assistants on shift
• Participate in clinical meetings as required and report areas of concerns to managers
• Ensure that relevant documentation is maintained in a comprehensive manner
• Respect the confidentiality, dignity and privacy of residents and staff at all times
