Cornerstone Healthcare is looking for an experienced and passionate Care Assistant to join our award-winning team at Kitnocks House. Kitnocks House, is a 63-bed service providing high quality care across 4 specialised units supporting residents with varying complex care as well as providing a comfortable and safe living environment. Our approach focuses on individualised care, considering the whole person and their unique challenges, rather than just the diagnosis. We are currently rated Overall Good with CQC.

What do you need?
- 12 months experience working in Care (essential)
- Ability to develop and maintain good working relationships with colleagues, residents, and their families
- A caring and empathetic approach to residents and their visitors
What hours will you work?
Working for us gives you more time for you with a 7 out of 14 day working pattern.
Week A - 3 days - Tuesday, Wednesday & Friday: 07.30 to 20.00
Week B - 4 days - Monday, Thursday, Saturday & Sunday: 07.30 to 20.00
Total average of 40.25 hours worked per week.

- Supporting all aspects of daily living including personal care, mealtimes and social activities
- Helping residents to remain as independent as possible
- Respecting residents right of choice, privacy and dignity at all times
- Communicate effectively with other staff and members of the team
