Cale View is a 74 bedded, purpose-built service specialising in providing care for residents with complex neurodegenerative and mental health needs. Cale View has an overall Good CQC rating.
What do you need?
- Minimum of 1 years' experience working in Care (essential)

Experience working with adults that present with complex needs including challenging behaviours and mental health needs

Ability to develop and maintain good working relationships with colleagues, residents, and their families

A caring and empathetic approach to residents and their visitors

Effective communication skills (both written and verbal)
What hours will you work?
Working for us gives you more time for you with a 7 out of 14 day working pattern.
- Week A - 3 days - Tuesday, Wednesday & Friday: 19.30 to 08.00
- Week B - 4 days - Monday, Thursday, Saturday & Sunday: 19.30 to 08.00
Total average of 38.5 hours worked per week.
What will you be doing?
- Supporting all aspects of daily living including personal care, mealtimes and social activities
- Observe resident progress against planned goals and report changes in the residents’ condition or care needs

- Helping residents to remain as independent as possible
- Respecting residents right of choice, privacy and dignity at all times
- Communicate effectively with other staff and members of the team
