What do you need?
- Registered Nurse with a valid NMC pin (RMN desirable)
- Previous experience in complex care (desirable)
- Ability to work alone as well as a team and be able to form positive relationships with colleagues, residents and families
What hours will you work?
Day shifts:07.45 to 20.15 (11.5-hour shift)
Night shifts: 20.15 to 07.45 (11.5-hour shift)
What will you be doing?
- Assessing, planning and evaluating care needs or the provision of care
- Participate in clinical meetings as required and report areas of concerns to managers
- Oversee care provided by Health Care Assistants on shift
- To ensure that relevant documentation is maintained in a comprehensive manner
Induction
Due to our training programme, we would require all Bank employees to attend a 4-day induction prior to starting employment. This induction will be paid for and typically takes place Tuesday to Friday 09.30 to 16.30. If you are working another full-time role, please take this into account when applying to the position as this induction is mandatory.
