General Manager with Commissioning experience required to commission and manage The Burren, our brand new 80 bedded service in Bristol. The ideal candidate would join around June 2024 to spend time in our existing services to learn the Cornerstone Model as well as ensure the service is up and running for opening in early 2025. There is an expectation that this role will initially be based at our newest service, Cale View in Wincanton.

Essential experience
- Experience working in a similar environment & resident group (neurological degenerative diseases/dementia care/challenging behaviour)
- Nurse qualified with an active pin
- Level 5 Diploma in Leadership in Health & Social Care or equivalent
- At least 5 years operational and leadership experience
- A knowledge and understanding of the current legal responsibilities and standards of the service, including the need for the management and delivery of person-centred services
Hours of work
Monday to Friday between 09.00 and 17.00 (40 hours per week)
On-call will be required on a rolling rota so flexibility outside of these times will be required as well as occasional weekends to meet the needs of the business.
