What do you need?
- Minimum of 12 months experience working in Care (essential)
- Ability to develop and maintain good working relationships with colleagues, residents, and their families
- A caring and empathetic approach to residents and their visitors
What hours will you work?
Week A - 3 days - Tuesday, Wednesday & Friday: 19.45 to 07.45
Week B - 4 days - Monday, Thursday, Saturday & Sunday: 19.45 to 07.45
Total average of 38.5 hours worked per week.
What will you be doing?
- Supporting all aspects of daily living including personal care, mealtimes and social activities
- Helping residents to remain as independent as possible
- Respecting residents right of choice, privacy and dignity at all times
- Communicate effectively with other staff and members of the team
