We’re opening our doors at Kitnocks House and inviting you to come along, meet the team, and find out what it’s really like to work with Cornerstone Healthcare.

Whether you’re actively looking for a new role or just curious about opportunities in care, our Recruitment Open Day offers a relaxed and welcoming way to explore your next step.

 
Event Details

To make it easy for everyone to attend, we’re running two identical sessions on the same day. You’re welcome to choose the time that works best for you.

  • Morning Session: 10:00am – 1:30pm

  • Afternoon Session: 2:30pm – 6:00pm

 

What to Expect – “Tea, Cake & Careers”

This is an informal, friendly event designed to help you feel comfortable and confident. There’s no pressure - just open conversations and the chance to learn more.

On the day, you’ll be able to:

  • Meet the Kitnocks House team and learn about current opportunities

  • Hear more about Cornerstone Healthcare, our values, and how we support our staff

  • Take a short guided tour of the service

  • Have an informal chat or a 10–15 minute mini-interview with a member of the recruitment or management team

  • Enjoy tea, coffee, and cake in a relaxed setting

Mini-Interview Availability

Mini-interviews on the day are only available for care roles, including care staff positions.
For these roles, previous care experience is required. If you're interested in being considered for an interview, please click apply and submit your CV and you will be contacted.

If you’re interested in other opportunities within the service you are more than welcome to attend, meet the team, and learn more about working at Kitnocks House. Please be aware that interviews will not be available for these roles on the day, but we’d still love to have a chat and discuss potential future opportunities.

About Us

Cornerstone Healthcare Group are a multi award-winning, sector leader with an innovative approach to complex care 

Cornerstone specialise in supporting adults of all ages with complex neurological, physical, and mental health needs.   

Residents are typically living with neurological degenerative conditions, such as dementia with an underlying mental health condition, and as such are vulnerable and at times prone to challenging behaviours associated with complex conditions.  Many have been unable to stay in other settings because their needs have been deemed too high or too challenging.
